Charlie Tardibuono – Executive Director
Charlie came to YC4KF with a great deal of business management experience. Having served in large for profit and non-profit companies as an executive and leader, his experience includes “C” level management, consultant for the U.S. Government, international management, within various industries such as aerospace, semiconductor, international relief and development, as well as non-profit development and management. Charlie has spoken at large venues teaching specialized business principles and values-based management. Charlie decided to leave the international management world to focus his attention to the betterment of his local communities within Yavapai County Arizona.
Barbara Moss – Dir. of Programming & Development
Barbara Moss came to Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation as an Americorps VISTA in the spring of 2020 following her graduation from Indiana University. Barb now serves as the Foundation’s Director of Programming and Development. As an undergraduate, Barb studied the effects of institutionalized poverty and inequality. Using her own experiences as a child “in the system” and her education, Barb brings a great deal of knowledge to the Foundation and compassion for the population served by YC4KF.
Laura Elam – Family Visitation Center Manager
Laura came to YC4KF with extensive leadership and learning and development experience. Laura has a BA in Education. She served as a corporate trainer and Territory Manager before serving as our FVC Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at YC4KF. She is also a proud foster parent and as a lot of love and compassion for the youth in the system.
Iyone Meyer – Finance Manager
Iyone brings considerable experience to YC4KF in the area of finance with a focus on accounting. As a specialist in nonprofit QuickBooks financial management, she has worked with several not for profit organizations in the Prescott area. After a few years of retirement and travel, missing her work with meaningful nonprofits, Iyone redistributed her nonprofit consultant business card, and was engaged by YC4KF to bring her experience in financial management to the growing organization. As an adoptive parent herself, she has a special love for the mission of Yavapai Casa for Kids.
Laura Sicignano – Admin Assistant
Laura has experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon, and has worked with children “in the system” and their foster and/or biological families. Because of this she enjoys being a part of a team that provides support for the children and their families. She has worked in a few countries overseas, including overseeing a Domestic Violence Center for Women in Tajikistan. Prior to getting her degree in Social Work, she had 15 years of experience working in administrative jobs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. She came to Arizona in 2016 to be with her mother and sisters.
Liseth Olvera – Family Visitation Center Aide
Liseth is currently working on her Bachelors of health science from ASU. Prior to serving as a FVC Aide, Lizeth worked as an Avid tutor for Bradshaw Mountain High school. She was born and raised in Prescott Valley and has always been passionate about helping the community, especially our Yavapai Youth.
Ellisia Quintana – Family Visitation Center Aide
Ellisia is a senior at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University studying Forensic Psychology and Cyber Security. Upon graduation, she plans to continue her education and join a master’s program to become a Legal and Forensic Psychologist. Ellisia enjoys serving the Yavapai youth and hopes to continue her career within.
